In front of the house is the large garden with swimming pool and solarium terrace.In front of the façade is the terrace area with a comfortable table and chairs to enjoy meals, and nearby another area with a sofa and armchairs to relax in the shade of a magnificent century-old tree.

Entering the house through the main door, we are greeted by a pleasant feeling of homely freshness, thanks to the combination of rustic and modern furniture.

The house enjoys lots of natural light through several windows in the living room, dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and equipped with electric appliances: ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, oven, etc. and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.On the ground floor of the house there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower/wc right next to it. Throughout the house the beds are single beds measuring 90cm wide x 2m long, transformable into a double bed measuring 180cm x 2m at any time.

On the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms, one of them with an ensuite bathroom/shower/wc. Another bathroom with shower is located next to the other bedroom. The bedrooms are furnished in a modern and fresh style, and equipped with built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, lamps and naturally bed linen and towels. On this floor there is a small terrace with views of the valley where some furniture/sun loungers have been installed to enjoy. of moments of relaxation.
